Ready to begin a new story at Pine Harbor Christian Academy? Here’s how to get started:
1. Schedule a Free Educational Success Consultation
This complementary visit with our principal, Scott Urban, is designed to help us understand your family’s needs and give you a true understanding of what it means to receive a Pine Harbor education.
During the consultation, we will focus on the goals and aspirations you have for your child. Whenever possible, we encourage both parents to attend.
Mr. Scott Urban has been the principal at Pine Harbor since 2012, and in education since 2005. He has been working in ministry with adolescents since 2000. Before coming to Pine Harbor, he taught middle and high school students in South Washington School District #833.
He received his Business Administration degree from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master’s Degree in Career and Technical Education, with a leadership emphasis, from Western Michigan University. Prior to teaching, he worked for YoungLife in Chicago and Michigan, before starting WyldLife in Hastings in 2009, where he is still volunteering.
2. Apply for Admissions
Apply online through our third party system called TADS at http://mytads.com/a/pineharbor. All financial aid applications are also submitted through our TADS systems.
3. Complete Enrollment
After your admissions application is reviewed and accepted, you will be sent a link to complete the enrollment paperwork, choose your payment plan, and set up your billing account. You will then pay your $50 registration fee and your $200/(max $300) per family tuition deposit.
