Welcome to our New Families and Welcome Back to Returning Families!

We are continuing our partnership with Lancer Dining Services for the 2017-2018 school year. Through over 30 years of experience serving children and young adults, Lancer Dining Services have proudly created kid-friendly meals that meet the National School Lunch Program and Minnesota Department of Education Guidelines. 

Hot Entrée/Sandwich Alternative prices will remain the same as last year at $3.50 per lunch. We are also offering Gluten Free Hot Entrée option and Fresh Cut Salads at $4.50 per lunch. 

How Do I Order?

·        New order forms will be sent home with students in their red folders during the third week of the month, or you can print a copy by clicking on the Lunch Menus tab located in the gray box on the left.

·       Please write your students name and grade at the top of the order form. 

·        Circle your meal choice for each day.

·        Return the menu with your student back to school.  You will receive a colored copy as a confirmation of meals ordered once the lunch orders have been processed. 

·        Please indicate if your child will not be ordering on the line provided in the upper right hand corner and return the form.

·        Please keep in mind that since we cater, we are not able to order last minute meals.  If your student does not have a lunch, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Milk

Milk is offered every day at an additional cost of 25 cents per half pint.  If you do not want your child to have milk, please contact our Lunch Coordinator at lunch@pineharbor.org. All milk charges will be processed on TADS at the end of each month.
