Tuition and Financial AidThe gift of a quality Christian education is affordable
Christian education is an investment, and we recognize that it takes a sacrifice to make it possible. We strive to make this work by partnering with families to make Pine Harbor’s quality Christian education accessible and affordable. Compared to other private schools in our area, our tuition is low, and you are welcome to pay on a monthly or annual basis. In addition, we offer financial aid and scholarships, as well as early payoff discounts. For families with multiple students, we offer discounts so that all can attend together!
The annual tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is:
First Student – $5,775
Second Student – $5,575
Third Student – $5,175
Each Additional Student Thereafter – $4,175
Middle School (6th-8th grade):
Add $250 to above per student
Early Payoff Discounts:
4% discount if paid by March 15
3% discount if paid by April 30
2% discount if paid by June 1
1% discount if paid by July 10
Nonrefundable registration fee – $50
Deposit (applied toward tuition total) – $200 per student or $300 per family (multiple students)
We are responsive to the unique needs and financial positions of our families. All of our tuition assistance packages and scholarships (for new and returning students) are determined via our third-party tuition management system called TADS. Applications for incoming Kindergarten through 8th grade students are considered on a rolling basis. Ultimately, our Principal, Scott Urban, makes the final decision on how much aid to provide to each family. Income and family size, as well as special/unusual circumstances, are considered.
Any new family may apply for financial aid on the TADS website without committing to enrollment at Pine Harbor. This does not affect the admission process. TADS first provides a worksheet to families as a useful tool so that they can see the information they would need to provide, should they choose to complete a financial aid application.
After a financial aid application is completed, TADS reviews it and then provides Pine Harbor with a recommendation for how much aid to provide.
