There is no better way to learn about Pine Harbor Christian Academy than to schedule a personal tour of our campus!

2. Schedule Your Educational Success Consultation

This visit with our principal is designed to help us understand your family’s needs and give you a true understanding of what it means to receive a  Pine Harbor education. This meeting is intended for adults only and, whenever possible, we ask that both parents to attend. 

A consultation questionnaire must be completed before attending this meeting and will be emailed following your tour. 

3. Apply for Admissions

If both parties wish to proceed after the consultation, families will apply online through our third party system called FACTS. There is a $20 application fee to apply. 

Students in grades 1st-8th will complete a student assessment as part of the application and may also participate in a shadow day.

4. Complete Enrollment

After your admissions application is reviewed and accepted, you will be sent a link to complete the enrollment paperwork, choose your payment plan, and set up your billing account. You will then pay your $50 registration fee and your $300 family tuition deposit.
