An eternal investment in your child

Financial Aid at Pine Harbor Christian Academy

Pine Harbor Financial Policies

At Pine Harbor Christian Academy, we strongly believe that Christian education is not a commodity. It’s a ministry. It’s a commitment. It’s a connection – a connection between your child’s needs and your family philosophy and our philosophy. That’s why at PHCA, the first and most important consideration is what is best educationally for your child. All other considerations are secondary.

Financial Aid

As a ministry to Christian families, it is our desire that no family who is seeking a Christ-centered education be denied due to a lack of financial resources. Money IS important, and tuition is an investment in the life of your child. That’s why Pine Harbor has a needs-based financial aid program for families who demonstrate a financial need through our FACTS process.

FACTS is an online, 3rd party vendor that is highly confidential. Their goal is to assist in determining a financial need for our current and new families. Our Admissions Team will be glad to share all the details and answer any questions you have about tuition and financial aid. Our goal is that money will not stand in the way for qualified families.

Pine Harbor gives up to $120,000 in needs-based financial aid each year to qualifying families.

Applying for Financial Aid

Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary documentation to FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. The deadline for current families and for new families to receive priority consideration is May 1st each year. Families are encouraged to apply sooner rather than later.

Families can apply online HERE.

There will be a $40 application fee for each application. Once an application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS in pdf or jpeg format:

  • Copies of your federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security income, welfare, child support, food stamps, worker’s compensation, and TANF.

For current tuition rates, please call the school office 651-493-7526 to schedule a personal tour where we can provide you with a folder of information.
